Hello, Friends!

Can anyone relate?

Technology and I have a love/hate relationship. On the one hand, I enjoy writing my blog, posting on Instagram, and looking at everyone’s beautiful family pictures on Facebook. And don’t even get me started on watching Kiley Phillips and her alter ego, Bernadine, on Snap chat.

That girl is so dang funny!

Of course, I am just now figuring out how to even watch a video on Snapchat, after being shown several times by our granddaughters, Faith, Liv and Amy Flo. Heck, Alice and Hannah could probably show me, too.

But I’m not complaining and I am VERY WILLING to learn. I bet you are, too! I vowed years ago that in one way I wouldn’t be like my Grandma Marrs, who I loved with all my heart. I long to be like her in so many ways, but after a lifetime of changes, towards the end of her life, she was about finished with “new” things. She was so INTIMIDATED by her microwave and I’m not sure she ever really did use it. At the time, I remember thinking that was so silly, but now…..I sort of get it.

Do you have a “microwave”?

But keeping up with basic technological advances is almost essential today, don’t you think?

Holy Yoga 101

The learning curve has been so sharp the last few weeks when I decided to write my first E-COURSE about Holy Yoga. Unsurprisingly, I didn’t have the first idea how to go about the technical side of it. So, my creative side and my left brain side got busy and decided to work together. With lots of help from my Fairy Blog Sister, Jennifer, we finally got it accomplished, and I’m ready to share it with the world.

What to expect from Holy Yoga 101…..

In this course, you will learn about my own journey into Holy Yoga, about Holy Yoga Ministries, be introduced to the breath and basic yoga poses, and other things you need to know as you begin a holy yoga practice. There are also some fantastic freebies that I think you will love.
