I tried to catch a photo of our beautiful sunrise, but once again, I was unable to capture even an iota of the spectacle God puts on display around here.

On to one of my favorite things. I am so pumped!
Last night we started James, a new Beth Moore Bible study. I have been fortunate to participate in several of her studies and God works on me every time.
After recovering from the audacity of such a request, I decided I am going to give it a shot.
I already love the book of James for its practicality, and I’m sure when we are finished with the book, I will love it on a whole different level.
I may be 98 years old sitting in my rocker before I memorize the whole thing, but I know God will bless my efforts.
Is anybody else out there participating in this study right now? If so, want to be my study buddy?

Wow! Susan, I love Beth Moore Bible Studies also. I have never done her study of James. I do love to read James. hhhmmmm I wonder if I should copy it and then try to memorize it on my own? I love your photo of the little girl crying after you said, "MY Word."

I have never been able to capture the beauty of a sunrise or sunset or anything. Nobody paints like God!
I've done many Beth Moore studies but haven't in ages. She really started getting on my last nerve on the videos so I had to back away. But her studies are phenomenal! With each study my eyes became more and more open! Just pray before you start the writing, that will assure your success!
Susan, I always enjoy my visits to your blog. so inspiring. Sometimes the sunrise and sunsets in our memory are better than any photo. But I think your photos is lovely. xo
