We have been outside this afternoon enjoying this beautiful December (Really? It is almost 70 degrees!) day.I have been finishing some garden chores that I had just not done, and Brad is putting up Christmas lights. I have done many different kinds of exercise in my lifetime. I have done everything from aerobics to walking, to running, to biking.
