Hello, Friends! Brad and I recently celebrated our 40th (WHAT?) wedding anniversary with a road trip to the Northeast. We had a wonderful time, saw LOTS of sights, and lengthened our list of places we want to visit again. We are crazy about Vermont and Maine and hope to return and spend more time in both of those states. (Well, I'm crazy about them and Brad really liked them, too.) Spending hours in the car together traveling 2700 miles in 9 days, with no hotel reservations, a Garmin, and … [Read more...]

Colossians and Me....Part 1 Being a Bible study girl, I get as inspired by the newest Bible study releases from Lifeway as the latest Pottery Barn catalog. I love this little coffee shop located in an old house with funky decorations, lots of twinkling lights, vintage furnishings, and yummy food in this … [Read more...]

Amy’s life started in a special way with her birth on Christmas Day, 1964. She was a beautiful healthy baby with parents and 2 sisters who were totally delighted with her. Unfortunately, early on it was evident that she was not the healthy child we all assumed her to be. After being ill many times, Amy was … [Read more...]
