I have been reading books, and talking about books, and trying to get others to read books for as long as I can remember.As a junior high language arts teacher for years, one of my favorite challenges was turning kids who came into my classroom in the fall declaring, "I hate reading," into readers. I’ve Been on a Trip

Well, not really, but it feels like it.My "word" for this year is "do".  My goal was to stop thinking about things I want to do and start doing them.So.One of the things I have intended to become a part of is the book club which meets monthly at our local library. Do you ever look back on your years in high school and college and wish you could take some of those classes again?I sure do.Not Geometry-which still nearly makes me break into a sweat.or Chemistry-I have never had a need to solve one of those equations with letters and numbers since I became an adult, have you?I would like to go back and redo my history classes. I am so glad you are here today. I come from a long legacy of farmers and am married to a handsome farmer now. Some of my favorite things are cooking, yoga, essential oils, and most importantly, Jesus!
