9 Things I Love Right Now

Nine Things I Love Right Now Hello, Friends- It's been a long time since I've done a Nine Things I Love Right Now post, but I love reading them, so today is the day! But, before we get into that..... Huge puddles of water are everywhere and still rain comes down. Our sump pump is running practically nonstop and I'm praying it doesn't stop and flood the basement again. We still don't have everything back in place from the last battle with water we lost down … [Read more...]

February Monthly Favs

Hello, Friends! Before marching into this new month, I want to pause for a moment to reflect on the last one. Here are my... Top Ten February Favorites ONE.....Best TV Show I know everyone is loving "This is Us," which we haven't even started yet.  Actually, I'm waiting for it to come on Netflix or Amazon so I don't have to fast forward through the commercials. Brad and I celebrated the end of February by watching the last episode of The Office. We missed it when it was an actual show on … [Read more...]

Essential oils, young living

Dirt and Essential Oils-My Side of the Story To many farmers and their wives, there is nothing better than the smell of freshly turned dirt. In a few short weeks the air in our part of the world is going to be filled with it! That fresh, loamy smell signifies a fresh start, new beginnings and good things to come. We anticipate the new farming season and even though we know it means hours and hours of work, our guys will be rearing to get at it. It's what they love and the earthy smell puts a … [Read more...]
