Screened Porch Love

If you came over to visit me today, we would definitely bring our sweet iced tea and have a seat on our screened porch. It is one of my favorite places to study my Bible, read a book, or take a little siesta.I bought this aluminum glider, which I think is from the 50's or 60's, at a garage sale last summer. Goodbye Red WallWhen we left the city and moved back to the farm, I was balky. Oh yes, I wanted to move back home closer to our families, but I was persnickety about our new digs. Windows of Opportunity

Old architectural details make me smile. I especially love old windows and have  them scattered around our home. This window has been turned into a mirror and is above the sectional in our basement family room.This pic is a little blurry, but it shows my favorite clock from TJ Maxx. I am so glad you are here today. I come from a long legacy of farmers and am married to a handsome farmer now. Some of my favorite things are cooking, yoga, essential oils, and most importantly, Jesus!
