I’ve Been on a Trip

February 28, 2013 | 7 Comments

Well, not really, but it feels like it.My "word" for this year is "do".  My goal was to stop thinking about things I want to do and start doing them.So.One of the things I have intended to become a part of is the book club which meets monthly at our local library. I attended one meeting a few years ago and really enjoyed it, but I never made it back. February is going to be my month to get involved. Then I found out the book to be discussed. This one.I DID NOT want to read this book. I … [Read more...]

Have you read…….?

Last week, while we were in Montana, we had no TV and only our smartphones for internet (which for me was like no internet because I don't like to go online much on my phone-I'm a tightwad and am afraid  I'll use my bytes. or gigs. I'm such a techie!), and guess what? I really didn't miss either one.I am a political junky, but I found that I LOVED being away from all the election hullabaloo, and realized that I am a much- less- stressed person without it.I know who I am going to support and … [Read more...]

Welcome!

I am so glad you are here today. I come from a long legacy of farmers and am married to a handsome farmer now. Some of my favorite things are cooking, yoga, essential oils, and most importantly, Jesus!

I live a different yet fulfilling life here on the farm. I hope you will find encouragement within these pages and know that you are loved dearly by the King!
