Run. Don’t Walk to Holy Yoga Class!
I'm BACK! I spent the last week in beautiful Arizona training to be a Holy Yoga instructor. We did lots and lots of yoga. I sweat. And learned. And stepped way out of my comfort zone. Months ago I began a journey towards a goal that I have had for some time. That goal is to become a certified yoga teacher. I started doing yoga many years ago, and, girls, I love it.
