During his sermon this morning, our Pastor gave a wonderful message on worship. I was especially enthralled with his supposition that God, who created music, is surely a fabulous singer. Have you ever considered that? I had not, but I bet it is true!
He imagined Sunday morning worship across the world with God as the great orchestra leader. Since many worship leaders no doubt rely on the leading of the Holy Spirit in planning the worship service of their congregations, perhaps God coordinates thousands and thousands of His people raising their voices to him perhaps singing the same songs at the same time.
Pretty awesome thought, right?
I am going to think about this as I worship my Savior this week. I thought you might want to also!

Hi Susan! This reminds me, a man asked me once how God could hear everyone's prayer at one time. I answered that it's like an orchestra. Beautiful music to the Lord. Wow! That really speaks to your pastor's point.
It's so hard to understand such an awesome God with my little brain. So thankful for people like you who will share their Good News!

Such a lovely thought – He sings over us! Our Pastor just finished up a 3-part series on worship this Sunday. I love when God speaks to His people in different locations, different churchs but the same message. Have a great week!

I love the thought of God orchestrating all the worship so we all sing the same songs. My husband is a musician, so I'll plan to share this with him.
