American Idol ( I can’t help myself!)…….
I really like J Lo on the show. She seems like a sweet person and makes comments occasionally that make me think she loves Jesus. So, how can she make such nasty music videos like the one they showed this week? Lots of kids are fans of the show and probably are the ones who do a lot of voting.
Jennifer is a mom. How can she think that is right? Makes me think of movie and TV stars who say they never let their children watch TV. They don’t want their kids to watch filth, but they don’t mind enticing your kids and mine with it.
Jessica can sure sing, but I think she acts like a fake. Sorry.

I go back and forth with JLo…she's a bit too flashy for me. And I have to agree, people who don't let their children watch TV, sometimes it involves more education then they are getting at home.

I'm with you, I like JLo but I think that her videos are not great. I wonder what she is trying to prove. She doesn't need to put herself out there like that. It is sad that she and her hubby broke up.

I love using Instagram on my iPhone – it's a program to take photos and add borders and various effects such as vintage, before sending/sharing.
JLo, a somewhat trashy 'cougar' like so many of today's celebrities. Sad because these powerful women could use their celebrity to help our young girls feel good about themselves rather than make them mirror images!
I feel Idol is definitely on a downslide this year, perhaps it will not return. Definitely not the same as when Simon was at the helm. Jessica should win – she's got the best voice and that's what this show is supposed to be about, right?

Speaking of "I'd like to wear – – -" I saw this absolutely darling zebra print top in our clothing ministry today — – I REALLY wanted to wear it – – – too bad it was so small I couldn't even get my THUMB through the sleeve.
