Brain Drain
My goodness the weeks do fly by, don’t they? Can’t believe it is Friday already!
This is what has been sitting in my brain this week.
Autism Awareness……
Did you know that April is Autism Awareness month?
This disease is growing at remarkable rates and is effecting lots of families. I have friends with autistic children and I admire the way they handle it. If you know a family affected, would you consider doing something nice for them before the month is up?
It can be a real challenge..and blessing…for everyone in the family.
The HBO movie Temple Grandin really helped us grasp more fully the daily challenges someone with autism may face.
Double Driving…..
Couldn’t resist sharing this photo. She pushes the gas while I push the brake!
We spend a lot of time with our girls riding around the farm on our golf cart. Looking for butterflies, spotting cardinals and other birds, singing Jesus Loves Me, or just visiting is much more pleasant when you travel slowly and are in open air.

Susan, Autism is such a devastating condition. I feel sorry for the families of kids that are afflicted with it. Love the dual driver routine! xo Diana

Glad you're discussing autism awareness. I have a friend whose son has it and has had to fight and be on top of getting everything he needs. Because of her perseverance he is doing very well. There is help out there and the results can be amazing
